汪和建教授的《迈向中国的新经济社会学——交易秩序的结构研究》是交易秩序研究的奠基之作,作者基于20世纪90年代经济社会转型出现的秩序问题,率先提出并建构了交易秩序理论。仔细阅读汪著,我们认为作者其实是在双重动机假设的基础上,提出了对个体经济动机进行激励和控制的理论方案,以此来实现交易秩序的扩展。方案的核心观点是既对个体的自由权和财产权进行保护,又通过制度措施确保集体效率和社会公正。这既实现了一种方法论的创新,又建构了一种能够回应时代大问题的理论。之后我们讨论了汪著将一般理论用于具体交易秩序研究时所提出的各类有限设计方案,并通过对近20年来中国经济发展中几个典型实例的分析来反思汪著中“有限设计”的现实意义。最后我们与当前市场交易秩序研究进行了简短对话,指出了其局限性及汪著能给予我们的研究启示。
Professor Wang Hejian’s “New Economic Sociology Towards China - Structure Research of Transaction Order” is the founding work of the study of transaction order. Based on the order of the economic and social transition in the 1990s, the author first proposed and constructed the order of the transaction theory. Read carefully Wang, we think the author is actually based on the assumption of dual motives, put forward a theoretical program of incentive and control of individual economic motivation, in order to achieve the expansion of the trading order. The core idea of the program is to protect both individual rights to liberty and property rights and to ensure collective efficiency and social justice through institutional measures. This not only realizes a methodological innovation but also constructs a theory that can respond to the great problems of the times. After that, we discuss various kinds of limited designs proposed by Wang Zong when he applies the general theory to the study of the specific transaction order, and through the analysis of several typical examples of China’s economic development in the past 20 years, "The realistic meaning. Finally, we conducted a brief dialogue with the current market trading order research, pointing out its limitations and the research inspiration that Wang Zeng can give us.
