档案信息上网在我国已是大势所趋 ,本文综述了档案信息上网所面临的一个重要课题 ,即网上档案信息安全保密问题。分析了档案信息在网上传输过程中存在的安全隐患 ,介绍了主要的安全防范技术措施和网上档案信息管理所要注意的问题 ,重点介绍了档案信息加密通信技术手段 ,提出了建立档案信息完整的档案信息网络安全体系的基本框架 ,为档案信息上网工程的建设提供了一定的参考
