目的:建立胃和冲剂Ⅱ号中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定(HPLC)。选用waters sym-metry C18柱(3.9×150mm,5μ);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长:280nm。柱温:25℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.315-1.26μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9985),平均回收率为97.7%(RSD为4.56%)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为胃和冲剂Ⅱ号质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Weishuai No.2. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. Waters sym-metry C18 column (3.9 × 150mm, 5μ) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2) and the detection wavelength was 280nm. Column temperature: 25 ℃. Results: Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.315-1.26μg (r = 0.9985), with an average recovery of 97.7% (RSD 4.56%). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for stomach and granules Ⅱ.
