看了史作阳同志的《对蹲踞式起跑的新探索》一文,又读了李广文同志的《也谈蹲踞式起跑》,本人对两位教授在文中提出的某些看法有所不同,下面一一列举出来进行讨论、分析,与同仁们商榷。对两位作者观点的理解是:史作阳同志赞同李祖健同志研究提出的将后起跑器(足氐)足板的后角从传统的75~80°,减少为60~65°。如此,可有效地提高后蹬力量和速度。这样,不但启动快,而且有效地解决了蹲踞式起跑无力现象。李广文同志在认可改变后的起跑方式有利于两腿同时发力起动,故起动快的同时,又提出了此种起跑方式的不足:很容易引起起跑后的过早抬体,影响加速跑的距离,为此又找来几位高水平运动员进行试验来证实史作阳提出的起跑方式的不足,最后确认还是传统的起跑方式好。
