经国务院批准,国家计委、财政部下发《关于全面整顿住房建设收费取消部分收费项目的通知》,明令取消房屋开发管理费、工程造价审查费、征地安置不可预见费等47项不合法、不合理的收费项目。省政府近日下发闽政[2001]文158号对这一通知进行贯彻,针对我省实际情况做了相应部署。
With the approval of the State Council, the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued the Circular on Completely Rectifying Charges for Housing Construction to Cancel Some Charges, and abolished 47 unlawful and ineffective housing management fees, project cost review fees and unforeseeable fees for land acquisition and resettlement Reasonable fees. The provincial government recently issued Minzheng [2001] No. 158 to carry out this notice, making corresponding arrangements for the actual situation in our province.
