文章通过分析连续配筋水泥混凝土路面设计施工中的关键问题,提出采用新材料代替钢筋的必要性。介绍了连续玄武岩纤维筋的物理化学性能,建立了连续配筋路面温缩及干缩应力分析的计算模型,得到可用于玄武岩纤维筋配筋水泥混凝土路面设计的三大控制指标,并将结果与钢筋配筋的指标进行比较,结果表明应用玄武岩纤维筋代替钢筋是完全可行的。
By analyzing the key issues in the design and construction of continuous reinforced concrete pavement, the article puts forward the necessity of replacing new steel with new materials. The physical and chemical properties of continuous basalt fiber reinforced bars were introduced. The calculation models of temperature shrinkage and shrinkage stress of continuous reinforced pavement were established. Three control indexes which can be used in the design of basalt fiber reinforced cement concrete pavement were obtained. Reinforcing bar index, the results show that the application of basalt fiber bar instead of steel is entirely feasible.
