近年来,随着辅助生殖医学的开展,多胎妊娠发生率提高。而双胎妊娠非整倍体筛查受母体年龄、双胎自发丢失及绒毛膜性质的影响,情况较复杂。本文就双胎妊娠早孕期非整倍体筛查的现状进行综述。
In recent years, with assisted reproductive medicine, the incidence of multiple pregnancies increased. The twin pregnancy aneuploidy screening by the maternal age, spontaneous loss of twins and chorionic nature of the impact of the situation is more complicated. This article reviews the status of aneuploidy screening in the first trimester of pregnancy.
