新的体育课程标准中曾明确提出,要激发学生的学习兴趣,养成坚持体育锻炼的习惯,继而养成终身体育意识。这就要求中学体育教师要及时转变认识,变革教学模式和方法,走出之前过分重视知识和技能的误区,从而达到新课程标准的要求。鉴于此,本文结合实际,就该问题进行了具体的分析,以期获得更加深刻的认识。 The new sports curriculum standards have made it clear that we should stimulate students’ interest in learning and develop the habit of physical exercise, and then develop lifelong sports awareness. This requires secondary school physical education teachers to change their understanding in a timely manner, change the teaching mode and method, out of the previous emphasis on knowledge and skills errors, so as to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards. In view of this, this article has carried on the concrete analysis to this question with the actual situation, in order to obtain the more profound understanding.
