本文通过对沥青路面低温开裂机理的理论分析及室内试验,提出了温度下降时沥青路面内温度应力的具体计算公式,进而提出予估开裂温度和横缝间距的方法。同时本文还提出一种测定中粒式沥青混合料劲度模量和抗拉强度的试验方法,设计了保温设施和球铰式抗偏心设施,以保证试验在预定的测试条件下进行。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the cracking mechanism of asphalt pavement at low temperature and laboratory tests, a specific calculation formula of temperature stress in asphalt pavement is proposed when the temperature drops, and then the method to estimate the cracking temperature and cross-pitch is put forward. At the same time, this paper also proposed a test method for determining the stiffness modulus and tensile strength of medium-grain asphalt mixture, designed thermal insulation facilities and ball joint anti-eccentric facilities to ensure that the test under the predetermined test conditions.
