本文报道华法林过量致卵巢黄体破裂病例1例,旨在提示患者服用华法林应注意定期监测凝血酶原时间(PT)和国际标准化比值(INR),并及时根据检查结果调整华法林剂量;临床药师在临床工作中应加强对患者的抗凝用药教育。
