劳动权也被称之为人们能够自由劳动的工作权,是我国公民的一项非常重要的权利。随着法治的进步,劳动权越来越受到国际社会和各国政府的重视。我国也已一样,宪法就明确规定了我国公民享有劳动权。而劳动权到底是一项怎样的权利,国内学者定义多样,但其核心还是在于平等就业,笔者将从多权说剖析劳动权,分析劳动权的特征,以便更好地理解与人们息息相关的劳动权。
The right to work is also referred to as the right to work for people to work freely and is a very important right for our citizens. With the progress of the rule of law, the right to work is getting more and more attention from the international community and governments. The same is true in our country. The Constitution clearly stipulates that our citizens enjoy the right to work. The right to work in the end is what kind of rights, the definition of diverse domestic scholars, but its core is equal employment, the author will analyze the right to power from the power of analysis of the characteristics of the right to work in order to better understand the people are closely related to labor right.
