隆德县位于宁夏回族自治区最南端,六盘山西麓,地理位置优越,旅游资源丰富。在小流域综合治理过程中,打破常规治理模式,选择科学发展观中的可持续营运为指导,开辟了一条全新的治理模式。按照“山顶—山脚—村庄—农田—河谷”的治理顺序,依次布设“生态修复、综合治理、生态农业、生态保护”四道防线,通过治理达到了改善生态和生活环境,调整农业种植结构,增加农民收入的目标。
Lund County is located in the southernmost tip of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Liupanshan Xi Lu, strategic location, rich tourism resources. In the process of comprehensive management of small watershed, breaking the conventional governance model and selecting the sustainable operation in the scientific development concept as a guide has opened up a whole new governance model. According to the management order of “Peak - Mountain Foot - Village - Farmland - River Valley”, the four lines of defense such as “ecological restoration, comprehensive management, ecological agriculture and ecological protection” shall be laid in sequence to achieve the goal of improving the ecological and living environment and adjusting Agricultural planting structure, increase farmers’ income goals.
