对27例鼻息肉脂质结合唾液酸(lipid-boundsiaticacid,LSA)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量进行测定,其X±SD,分别为6.4662±1.2156nmol/mg蛋白和0.6342±0.0271nmol/mg蛋白。与正常鼻粘膜对照具有显著性差异,提示自由基及其导致的细胞结构、功能改变在鼻息肉生成中具有重要作用。
The contents of lipid-boundsiaticacid (LSA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in 27 cases of nasal polyps were measured, and their X ± SD were 6.4662 ± 1.2156nmol / mg protein and 0 respectively. 6342 ± 0.0271 nmol / mg protein. Significantly different from normal nasal mucosa control, suggesting that free radical and its resulting cell structure, function changes in the formation of nasal polyps play an important role.
