目的了解北京市大兴区大中型公共场所军团菌污染状况及管理人员相关卫生知识知晓情况,为行政部门监督执法提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法,选取5类13家使用中央空调系统的大中型公共场所,检测军店均未检出军团菌阳性菌株。结论部分公共场所中央空调系统军团菌污染状况较为严重,提示应加强公共场所空调系统的监测与监督管理,以避免军团菌病的暴发流行。团菌污染状况并对单位管理人员进行相关卫生知识的问卷调查。结果 5类13家大中型公共场所的军团菌总阳性检出率为15.34%,其中写字楼和超市大卖场的军团菌阳性检出率分别为28.13%和18.75%,医院、影剧院及宾馆酒
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in large and medium-sized public places in Daxing District, Beijing, as well as the health knowledge of managers, so as to provide the basis for the administrative departments to supervise and enforce the law. Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select five types of 13 large and medium-sized public places using central air-conditioning system. No positive strains of Legionella were detected in the military stores. Conclusion Some of the public places central air conditioning system Legionella contamination is more serious, suggesting that public places should strengthen the monitoring and supervision of air conditioning system management to prevent the outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease.
