针对地下盐膏层蠕变导致油层套管变形、破漏 ,造成井况恶化的特点 ,中原油田在卫2 81井首次采用了华北油田钻井工艺研究所设计的双层组合套管固井工艺 ,实践证明该工艺对防止井况恶化是行之有效的。文中主要介绍了卫 2 81井双层组合套管的施工操作程序。通过这次成功的试验 ,总结了双层组合套管固井施工的工艺方法。
In view of the characteristics that the creep of underground salt-and-ointment layer leads to deformation and leakage of the oil casing, the well conditions deteriorated. Zhongyuan Oilfield adopted the double-layer combined casing cementing technology designed by Huabei Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute for the first time in Wei- Practice has proved that the process is effective in preventing deterioration of well conditions. The paper mainly introduces the construction and operation procedure of Wei 2 81 double-layer composite casing. Through this successful experiment, the article summarizes the process of double-casing cementing construction.
