党的十六届三中全会通过了《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,《决定》是进一步深化经济体制改革,促进经济和社会全面发展的纲领性文件。为了深入学习、领会十六届三中全会《决定》精神,我刊以“完善社会主义市场经济体制地与政府管理”为主题,在湖北省党校暨行政学院系统进行了论文征集活动。现将部分优秀论文摘要刊发,以飨读者。
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economy and the Decision is a programmatic document for further deepening the reform of the economic structure and promoting an all-round economic and social development. In order to further study and understand the spirit of the “decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, I published a systematic solicitation exercise on the topic of “perfecting the socialist market economy system and government management” in Hubei Provincial Party School and Administrative Institute.
