在我国,由于环境保护压力的增加,市场对石油产品和石化产品中硫的含量要求越来越高。目前所使用的脱硫工艺主要是使用催化加氢的方法进行脱硫,一方面会产生大量的污染物,还对石油冶炼设备会造成损害,因此,新型脱硫技术的研发就成为当前石油产品脱硫的重要研究热点。生物脱硫作为一项新兴的脱硫工艺,具有净化水平高、污染少、流程简单和能耗低的特点,能有效的化解硫排放引起的环境问题。本文对石油生物脱硫工艺与应用的最新研究进展进行综述,主要介绍了生物脱硫的工作原理以及具体工艺流程等,并提出了当前生物脱硫技术存在的问题与今后的发展方向。
In our country, due to the increase of environmental protection pressure, the market demand for sulfur in petroleum products and petrochemical products is getting higher and higher. At present, the desulfurization process mainly uses the method of catalytic hydrogenation to desulfurize, on the one hand it produces a large amount of pollutants and also causes damage to the petroleum refining equipment. Therefore, the research and development of the new desulfurization technology has become an important issue in the current desulfurization of petroleum products Research hot spots. As a new desulfurization process, biological desulfurization has the characteristics of high purification level, less pollution, simple process and low energy consumption, which can effectively solve the environmental problems caused by sulfur emission. In this paper, the latest research progress of petroleum biological desulfurization process and its application are reviewed. The working principle of biological desulfurization and the specific process flow are mainly introduced. The existing problems and the future development of biological desulfurization technology are also proposed.
