一、概述在冶金、化工、建材生产等高温作业中,产生的大量高温(500~1300℃)烟气所带走的热量,一般可达供给工业炉窑总热量40~60%,有效地回收和利用这部分余热,是节约能源的关键措施之一。可是,应该按照什么标准来衡量其利用的合理性,如何评断采用的方案是否适当,往往缺乏必要的科学依据,因而带有一定的盲目性。本文试图从理论和实践两方面对此问题进行探讨,以期使余热利用更趋合理和完善。
1. Overview of the heat taken by a large amount of high-temperature (500-1300°C) flue gas generated in high-temperature operations such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and building materials production, generally up to 40-60% of the total heat of the industrial furnace, effectively recovering The use of this residual heat is one of the key measures to save energy. However, according to what criteria should be used to measure the rationality of its use, how to judge whether the program used is appropriate, often lacks the necessary scientific basis, and therefore has a certain degree of blindness. This article attempts to discuss this issue from both theoretical and practical aspects in order to make the use of waste heat more rational and perfect.
