最近,汉语拼音正词法委员会在《文字改革》一九八四年第五期上全文发表了《汉语拼音正词法基本规则(试用稿)》(以下简称《试用稿》)。这个《试用稿》,是在《汉语拼音方案》的基础上,在过去几十年的实践和研究的基础上,取长补短。去异存同,进行归纳和加工,尝试写成的。它是汉语拼音化又一可喜的进展。是值得我们大家欢迎的。这个《试用稿》规定了词的拼写规范的基本要点.这些基本要点,在过去两年中,尽管经过多次征求意见,反复研究,一再修改,但是,现在看来,的确还“是不成熟的”,还须要在今后的实践中不断改进,使其日趋完善,使其约定俗成。
