福建省 1998～ 2 0 0 1年共报告麻疹疑似病例 2 95 1例 ,采集血清标本 5 16例 ,标本采集率 17 4 9% ,标本合格率、及时送达率、结果及时反馈率分别为 4 0 89%、5 0 39%、6 8 0 2 %。麻疹监测系统以监测麻疹爆发病例为主 ,1998～ 2 0 0 1年共监测麻疹爆发 2 8起 ,370例疑似麻疹病例。病例年龄 5～ 15岁 ,分布在人口流动性大的沿海地区 ,3～ 5月为发病高峰。 2 8起爆发中 ,有 10起经实验室确诊为麻疹爆发 ,5起为风疹爆发 ,6起为麻疹、风疹同时爆发 ,7起未确诊。 5 16例标本检测结果表明 ,出疹后 8～ 14d采集的标本 ,阳性检出率最高。结果提示 :要进一步健全麻疹监测系统 ,加强流行病学医师与实验室技术人员的合作 ,加强实验室质量控制及其它出疹性疾病的监测。
A total of 2 951 cases of suspected measles cases were collected from 1998 to 2001 in Fujian Province, and 5 16 serum samples were collected, the sample collection rate was 17 4 9%. The passing rate and the timely delivery rate of specimens were 4 0 89%, 5 0 39%, 6 8 0 2%. The measles surveillance system mainly focused on monitoring measles outbreaks. A total of 28 measles cases and 370 suspected measles cases were monitored from 1998 to 2001. Case age 5 to 15 years old, located in the coastal areas with large population mobility, 3 to 5 months for the peak incidence. Of the 2 8 incidents that erupted, 10 were laboratory-confirmed as measles outbreaks, 5 as outbreaks of rubella, 6 as measles and rubella, with 7 unreported. The results of 5 16 specimens showed that the specimens collected 8 to 14 days after rash had the highest positive detection rate. The results suggest that: To further improve the measles monitoring system, strengthen cooperation between epidemiological physicians and laboratory technicians, and strengthen laboratory quality control and other monitoring of rash diseases.
