由中国社会科学院法学研究所主办的刑事诉讼法修改共识问题研讨会2007年11月10日在京举行。来自全国人大法工委、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、司法部、全国律师协会等相关部门的法律界人士与北京大学、中国人民大学等高等院校及科研机构的专家学者50余人,共聚一堂,围绕刑事诉讼法再修改中的原则、机制以及与国际条约的关系等问题,进行了研讨交流。本刊特组织专题,摘要刊发部分与会代表的发言,供读者参考。
Seminar on Consensus on Modification of Criminal Procedure Law Sponsored by Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences was held in Beijing on November 10, 2007. More than 50 experts and scholars from Peking University, Renmin University of China and other institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes from the Legal Working Committee of NPC, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, National Bar Association and other relevant departments , Gathered together and held discussions and discussions on such issues as the principles and mechanisms of revising the Criminal Procedure Law and their relationship with international treaties.
