随着新一轮课程改革的不断深入,广大教师的教学观念和方式均已发生了巨大变化。应该说当下的课堂教学并不缺少新的理论、新的观念和改革的热情,也不缺少新的方法和技术手段使用。许多课堂以其自身的“丰富性、灵活性、生成性”等特点,受到了众多教师的喜爱。然而,仔细审视便可发现,某些所谓的“新课堂”仍明显带有师生剧本化的表演,不少以“创新型教学”定性的课堂在本质上仍沿用了传统的“填鸭式”、“呆板式”的教学方式,课堂教学有效性缺失仍是亟待解决的严重问题,有待我们对此作深入剖析。
With the continuous deepening of the new round of curriculum reform, the vast majority of teachers’ teaching concepts and methods have undergone tremendous changes. Should be said that the current classroom teaching is not lack of new theories, new ideas and enthusiasm for reform, nor lack of new methods and technical means to use. Many classes are loved by many teachers because of their own “richness, flexibility, generativeness” and other characteristics. However, a close examination shows that some so-called “new classrooms” still show a dramatic performance by teachers and students. Many of the classrooms characterized by “innovative teaching” still follow the traditional “Spoon-feeding ”, “dumb ” teaching methods, the lack of effectiveness of classroom teaching is still a serious problem to be solved, pending our in-depth analysis.
