The trial production process and drawing test of BL 1 wire rod for low carbon and low silicon drawn steel wire are introduced by converter smelting → LF refining → continuous casting → high speed wire rod rolling. The results showed that the BL 1 wire can completely replace the C1F wire produced by the Xiang Ping Iron Furnace - Die Casting Process. The chemical composition of the C1F wire is good and the performance is excellent
