一、引言应用激光光解研究生物大分子的光解动力学过程,已做了不少工作.但对激光作用下蛋白质分子的非线性光学现象,还研究的不多.我们应用自己设计安装的激光实验装置,以血红蛋白和碳氧血红蛋白为对象,研究它们在激光作用下的光解离和双光子过程、荧光随时间变化等现象.我们观察到,在激光作用下,碳氧血红蛋白和血红蛋白出现双光子过程和发短波长荧光,而在碳氧血红蛋白中出现“滞后”荧光现象.这些现象可对生物分子内部能级和能量转移过程等提供有益的信息.
I. INTRODUCTION Laser photolysis has been used to study the photodissociation dynamics of biological macromolecules, but a great deal of work has been done on the nonlinear optical phenomena of protein molecules under laser irradiation. Laser experiment device, with hemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin as the object, to study their photodissociation and two-photon process under the action of laser, fluorescence changes over time and other phenomena.We observed that under the action of laser, carboxyhemoglobin and hemoglobin appear Two-photon process and short-wavelength fluorescence, and “lagging” fluorescence occurs in carboxyhemoglobin, which can provide useful information about the internal energy levels and energy transfer processes in biomolecules.
