目的探讨硫酸亚铁、复方红衣口服液、复方阿胶3种药物治疗妊娠合并贫血的疗效。方法 A组给予复方红衣口服液,B组给予硫酸亚铁+Vit C,C组给予复方阿胶胶囊,观察服药4周后血红蛋白、红细胞、血清铁等指标上升情况。结果 3种药物均能提高血红蛋白,纠正贫血,治愈率分别是95%、96.6%、90.0%。结论复方红衣补血口服液纠正贫血疗效确切,无不良反应,是纠正妊娠合并贫血的理想药物。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of three drugs of ferrous sulphate, Fufang Hongyi oral liquid and compound gelatin on pregnant women complicated with anemia. Methods Group A was given oral solution of compound red, group B was given ferrous sulfate + Vit C, and group C was given compound gelatin capsules. The indexes of hemoglobin, erythrocyte and serum iron were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results All three drugs can improve hemoglobin, correct anemia, the cure rates were 95%, 96.6%, 90.0%. Conclusions The compound Hongyi Buxue oral solution can correct the anemia and has no adverse reactions. It is the ideal medicine to correct anemia in pregnancy.
