纳入标准:1)CD133/prominin-1的基本资料介绍。2)CD133/prominin-1在正常胃肠道中的表达研究。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CD133 / prominin-1 in gastrointestinal cancer patients and its significance in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. Methods: By using PubMed and CHKI periodical full-text database retrieval system and using keywords such as “gastric cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and CD133” as keywords, the related articles of 1989-01-2009-10 were retrieved and searched To English literature 1 071, Chinese literature 79. Inclusion criteria: 1) Basic information on CD133 / prominin-1. 2) CD133 / prominin-1 expression in normal gastrointestinal tract. 3) The expression of CD133 / promi-nin-1 in patients with gastrointestinal cancer and its relationship with clinical pathology and prognosis. 4) The relationship between CD133 / promi-nin-1 and gastrointestinal cancer stem cells and its application in tumor diagnosis and treatment. According to the included criteria, 55 articles were selected and 33 articles were finally included for analysis and review. Results: CD133 / prominin-1 is a single-chain glycoprotein containing five transmembrane domains, mainly expressed in stem, progenitor and tumor stem cells and has been used as a marker for the isolation and identification of these cells. The expression of CD133 in both normal tissues and tumor tissues of the gastrointestinal tract is related to the tumor stem cells, clinical pathology and prognosis. Conclusion: To understand the expression of CD133 in gastrointestinal tumors may deepen our understanding of the mechanism of gastrointestinal tumor development and provide a new direction for the targeted therapy of gastrointestinal tumors in the future.
