为了比较相似性能机型NE62和BE65双螺杆挤出机的差别,使用Ludovic软件模拟了ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)分别在BE65型和NE62型2种双螺杆挤出机中的共混挤出过程,并对温度、压力、黏度的分布情况、平均停留时间和挤出机功率进行了全面的对比。结果表明:捏合元件与反向混合元件的多少与排列顺序造成了双螺杆内物料温度和压力的不同;捏合元件和反向混合元件数量的增加有助于提高熔融塑化能力;捏合元件和正向螺纹元件相对位置的不同造成了平均停留时间的不同;在相同工艺条件下,与NE62型相比,BE65型所耗功率较低,平均停留时间较长。
In order to compare the differences between the twin-screw extruders of similar performance models NE62 and BE65, Ludovic software was used to simulate the effects of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) in two types of twin-screw extruders BE65 and NE62 Blended extrusion process, and the temperature, pressure, viscosity distribution, the average residence time and the extruder power conducted a comprehensive comparison. The results show that the temperature and pressure of the material in the twin screw are different due to the number of the kneading elements and the reverse mixing elements and the increase of the number of the kneading elements and the reverse mixing elements contribute to the improvement of the melt plasticizing ability. The different relative positions of the screw elements result in different average residence time. Compared with the NE62 type, the BE65 type consumes less power and the average residence time is longer under the same process conditions.
