血栓痔为痣的常见并发症。多由内痔脱出未能及时复位,因炎症水肿诱发括约肌痉挛,引起痔的嵌顿,血栓形成,进而继发感染。外痔则由某些诱因引起静脉丛破裂,血凝块在皮下形成血栓,称为血栓性外痔。该病发病突然,疼痛剧烈,招致病人极大痛苦苦。我们使用超短波疗法治疗64例血栓痔,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下。 Thromboembolism is a common complication of moles.
