当前,随着贸易的全球化,我国的海外工程项目建设越来越多。海外工程项目大体可分为框架项目和现汇项目:前者主要为中方融资,使用中国标准,相对较易实施;后者主要以欧美标准为准,通用于FIDIC条款。在海外项目中,投标与合同管理师两个重要的内容,这就要求加强管理,规避市场风险,将风险消除或不利影响降到最低,为企业创造更大的利益空间,确保海外工程承包项目管理成功。文章就海外工程项目投标策略及合同管理进行分析。
At present, with the globalization of trade, more and more overseas construction projects are being constructed in our country.
