党的十四届六中全会的胜利召开,对于进一步加强社会主义精神文明建设,全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大事业,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义,同时也为高校的德育工作指明了方向,提出了更高的要求。高等学校是培养跨世纪人才的重要基地,当代青年学生的思想道德状况如何,将直接关系到中华民族的未来,关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败。因此,提高跨世纪人才的思想素质,已刻不容缓地摆在高校德育工作者的面前。近年来,围绕“育人”这一根本,我校在结合自身实际,加强德育建设方面,作了一些探索,也取得了一定的实效。其主要作法是:
