Introduction The service life of cast iron guide panels is very low. Downtime caused by frequent damage has a great influence on the production capacity of rolled steel. Therefore, the use of Cr-Ni alloy guide guard to improve the durability of the guide is very important. We use 50 kg high-frequency induction furnace, smelting 10 furnace Cr-Ni alloy guide plate 400 kg.
