程立志国家高级技师、高级营养师、中国上海名厨会会员。1999年在宁波入行,潜心钻研宁波菜14年,其间师从“鲍鱼之王”杨贯一等大师。现任阿明小菜北中路店厨师长。虽已入冬,上海的天气却依然阴雨缠绵。在江南的烟雨迷离中,“阿明小菜”亭亭地立于北蔡休闲广场(上海市浦东新区北中路195号),如一位秀外慧中的邻家妹妹,在冬的薄凉中透出缕缕暖意。走进阿明小菜,映入眼帘是明档点菜区热气腾腾的各式菜品,玻璃水箱里鲜活的贝壳类小海鲜和吐着泡泡的蟹,还有悠然自得的各类鱼虾。
