目的:探讨用固定-可摘义齿联合修复老年人牙列重度磨耗重建的临床效果。方法:对18例老年人牙列重度磨耗的病例采用固定-可摘义齿联合修复,在治疗前后分别检查颞下颌关节、义齿使用情况与面形改善等。结果:经过1～6 a的随访,18例患者均主观感觉良好,咀嚼效率明显提高,面部形态得到改善,颞下颌关节症状逐渐消失。结论:用固定-可摘义齿联合修复老年人牙列重度磨耗可取得满意的临床效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combined fixed-removable denture in the reconstruction of severe dentition in the elderly. Methods: 18 cases of elderly patients with severe wear of dentition fixed - removable denture joint repair, before and after treatment were examined temporomandibular joint, denture use and shape improvement and so on. Results: After 1 to 6 years of follow-up, all 18 patients had a good subjective feeling, significantly improved chewing efficiency, improved facial morphology and gradually disappeared the symptoms of temporomandibular joint. CONCLUSION: Satisfactory clinical results can be obtained by using fixed-removable dentures to repair severe dentition in the elderly.
