病原菌药物敏感试验是有效防治抗菌药物滥用的有效手段之一。2009年6月-2011年10月从北京地区主要养殖鱼类的发病鱼体内共分离到病原菌80株,对其进行4类11种水产用抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果表明:北京地区主要养殖鱼类病原菌对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考和盐酸沙拉沙星较为敏感,而对盐酸多西环素、甲枫霉素和磺胺类药物敏感率较低;另外,分离株多重耐药率较高。同时发现,不同地区和不同养殖种类的鱼源病原菌对抗菌药物的敏感率不同。
Pathogenic drug susceptibility testing is an effective means of preventing and treating antibacterial abuse. From June 2009 to October 2011, 80 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the diseased fish of major farmed fish in Beijing. The susceptibility test of 4 kinds of 11 kinds of antibacterial drugs for aquatic products was conducted. The results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria in farmed fish in Beijing were more sensitive to enrofloxacin, florfenicol and sarafloxacin, while the sensitivity to doxycycline hyclate, sch forresin and sulfonamides was lower. In addition, , Multi-drug resistant isolates higher. At the same time, it was found that the susceptibilities of fish pathogens in different regions and different culture species to antibacterials were different.
