目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定胶囊中铬的方法。方法:胶囊用热的1%硝酸分散,稀释后直接进样测定。结果:本法结果与国家药典方法比较无显著性差异,而且操作简单,污染少,重复性好,最低检出限为1.7×10-11g,当胶囊中铬含量为2 mg/kg时,重复测定相对标准偏差小于10%,平均回收率为95%~108%。结论:本方法适合于胶囊中铬的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for direct determination of chromium in capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Method: Capsules were dispersed with hot 1% nitric acid and diluted directly for injection. Results: There was no significant difference between the results of this method and the national pharmacopoeia method, and it was simple in operation, less polluting and with good repeatability. The minimum detectable limit was 1.7 × 10-11g. When the content of chromium in the capsule was 2 mg / kg, Determination of relative standard deviation of less than 10%, the average recovery was 95% to 108%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of chromium in capsules.
