CD44分子是人类淋巴细胞的分化抗原,在胸腺内对T细胞的分化起作用,在循环中指导淋巴细胞归巢(homing)到某些外周淋巴微循环;在炎症时参与对血管内皮细胞及胞外基质的粘着和外渗;在癌转移过程中需某些CD44分子的高表达及CD44变异体的介导。本文介绍了CD44分子的研究进展,各种分子变异体的分子生物学研究,以利用CD44基因检测作为肿瘤的早期诊断,以及对癌复发和癌转移监测。
The CD44 molecule is a differentiation antigen of human lymphocytes and plays a role in the differentiation of T cells in the thymus. It guides the homing of lymphocytes to certain peripheral lymph microcirculation in the circulation, and participates in the vascular endothelial cells and cells in inflammation. Adhesion and extravasation of the extracellular matrix; High expression of certain CD44 molecules and mediation of CD44 variants are required during cancer metastasis. This article describes the research progress of the CD44 molecule and the molecular biology of various molecular variants to use the CD44 gene assay as an early diagnosis of cancer, as well as monitoring of cancer recurrence and cancer metastasis.
