目的采用HPLC法测定壮药了刁竹不同药用部位中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温为室温,检测波长274 nm。结果除6号样品外,其余9批样品的根及根茎中丹皮酚的含量均高于地上部分;10批样品不同部位中丹皮酚的平均含量依次为:根及根茎(0.81%)>全草(0.59%)>地上部分(0.49%),全草中丹皮酚的含量仍较高。结论广西壮医使用了刁竹全草入药具有一定的科学性,了刁竹的地上部分资源值得开发利用。
Objective To determine the content of paeonol in different medicinal parts of Diao bamboo by using HPLC method. Methods The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45) and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results The content of paeonol in roots and rhizomes of all the 9 batches of samples was higher than that of aboveground parts except for No.6 sample. The average contents of paeonol in different batches of 10 batches were as follows: root and rhizome (0.81%)> Whole grass (0.59%)> aerial part (0.49%), the whole plant paeonol content is still high. Conclusion Guangxi Zhuang medical use of Diao bamboo grass has a certain degree of scientific medicine, Diao bamboo aboveground resources worth developing.
