本文研究了热加工条件对奥氏体形变和再结晶行为及其相变组织的影响。主要内容是:(1)奥氏体再结晶临界变形量;(2)奥氏体再结晶温度;(3)奥氏体再结晶行为;(4)奥氏体的原始晶粒度;(5)奥氏体再结晶的百分数;(6)再结晶的奥氏体晶粒度;(7)在奥氏体再结晶温度以下轧制;(8)应变诱发的奥氏体晶界移动;(9)在(γ+a)两相区中的轧制;(10)铁素体的晶粒度(11)相变组织。通过金相观察和测试,对上述的一些关系做定量的说明或用金相照片直观表示。
In this paper, the effect of hot working conditions on the deformation and recrystallization behavior of austenite and its phase transformation microstructure has been studied. The main contents are: (1) critical deformation of recrystallization of austenite; (2) recrystallization temperature of austenite; (3) recrystallization of austenite; (4) original grain size of austenite; (5 )% Austenite recrystallization; (6) recrystallized austenite grain size; (7) rolling below austenite recrystallization temperature; (8) strain induced austenite grain boundary movement; 9) Rolling in (γ + a) two-phase region; (10) Grain size of ferrite (11) Phase-change microstructure. By metallographic observation and testing, to do some quantitative description of the relationship between the above or metallurgical photos directly.
