多年来,重庆市人社局把军转干部培训纳入干部教育培训和人才强市战略的总体规划,以重庆军队转业干部培训中心(以下简称军培中心)为载体,以贯彻落实国转联5号文件为抓手,不断强化职责意识,创新培训模式,努力打造军队、地方和军转干部三满意优质工程。多措并举军转干部培训较之其他人才培训,具有人员集中体量大,层次差异需求多,安置培训时间紧的显著特点。针对这一特点,军培中心多措并举,高标准完成了培训任务。
