本研究通过实验调查了艺术类大学生自我决定的水平以及分布情况,为有效地提高艺术类大学生自我决定提供科学依据。采用自编的《自我决定能力量表》,对上过“积极心理学健康课”、“传统心理健康课”和“未上过心理健康课”的各147名学生的自我决定进行测量对比。结果显示:1上过“积极心理学健康课”的学生比只上过“传统心理健康课”的学生自我决定显著提高;2上过“传统心理健康课”的学生比“未上过心理健康课”的学生自我决定能显著提高。因此,积极心理健康课是提高艺术类大学生自我决定能力的有效途径,应成为艺术类院校教育管理学生的主导方向。
This study investigates the level and distribution of self-determination of art college students through experiments, and provides a scientific basis for effectively improving the self-determination of art college students. Using self-determined “self-determination ability scale”, each of the 147 students who have attended the “Positive Psychology Health Lesson”, “Traditional Psychological Health Lesson” and “Not Mentally Mentally Health Lesson” Self-determination measurement comparison. The results showed that: 1 students who had been in “Positive Psychology Health Class” had a significantly higher self-determination than those who had only attended “Traditional Psychological Health Class”; 2 had " Students who did not attend Mental Health Lesson self-determination can significantly improve. Therefore, positive mental health class is an effective way to improve the self-determination ability of art college students, and should become the dominant direction of art education management students.
