本文研究了一种强有效的晶粒细化剂对铝合金宏观晶粒组织的影响。着重研究了该细化剂的加入量,处理时间,钛硼比与合金的晶粒组织的关系。加入量为O.2~0.3%时,可使合金在整个铸锭断面上获得细小的等轴晶组织,在O.05~0.4%范围内,随着细化剂加入量增加,合金的晶粒尺寸明显减小;从而,使合金的抗拉强度、延伸率、断裂韧性、耐水压性能都得到提高,铸件的缺陷明显减少。
This article studies the effect of a strong and effective grain refiner on the microstructure of the aluminum alloy. The relationship between the addition amount of the refiner and the treatment time, the ratio of titanium and boron to the grain structure of the alloy was emphatically studied. The addition of 0.2 ~ 0.3%, the alloy can be obtained in the entire cross section of the ingot fine equiaxed grain structure, in the range of O.05 ~ 0.4%, as the amount of refiner added, the alloy of the crystal The particle size is obviously reduced; thus, the tensile strength, elongation, fracture toughness and water pressure resistance of the alloy are all improved, and the defects of the castings are obviously reduced.
