本文初步探讨了卤虫卵中高级不饱和脂肪酸对河蟹 (Eriocheirsinensis)幼苗成活率、生长率及在高盐度海水中的耐受性的影响。在实验中 ,我们建立了三个实验组 ,选择了具有不同EPA含量的三种品系的卤虫卵 ,分别投喂蚤Ⅲ阶段的河蟹幼苗。九天之后 ,幼苗发育到大眼幼体阶段 ,计算大眼幼体的成活率和干重 ,并试验大眼幼体在 6 %海水中的耐受性。实验结果表明 ,投喂高EPA含量的实验组 ,其成活率、干重明显比其它实验组高 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,并且对高盐度海水的耐受力也强。
In this paper, the effects of higher unsaturated fatty acids on the survival rate, growth rate and tolerance of Eriocheirsinensis seedlings in high salinity seawater were studied. In the experiment, we set up three experimental groups and chose Artemia salivarius eggs of three strains with different EPA contents to feed crab seedlings of stage III of fleas. After nine days, the seedlings developed into the large-eyed juvenile stage, calculating the survival rate and dry weight of the eyed juveniles and testing the tolerance of the eyed juveniles in 6% seawater. The experimental results showed that the experimental group fed with high EPA content had significantly higher survival rate and dry weight than the other experimental groups (p <0.05), and its tolerance to high salinity seawater was also strong.
