本文通过针对目前全国各地建安劳保管理机构普遍存在的建安劳保基金财务管理体制不规范等情况,分析其原因,探索规范建安劳保市场财务管理行之有效的方法,以期从根本上保护建安施工企业和职工的合法权益。
