From March 2006 to March 2001, we treated 127 patients with esophageal cancer in the upper and middle stages by modified right trocar incision and left anastomosis. Are summarized in the report are as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The group of 127 cases, preoperative esophagoscopy pathology confirmed. There were 98 males and 29 females with an average age of 57 years. The lesions were located in the middle of the esophagus in 109 cases
