1 前言 院内感染率是反映医院住院病房卫生条件好坏、医疗器械消毒水平、护理治疗操作质量高低和医院陪人及病房探视制度规范程度的一个统计指标。住院病人发生院内感染,不仅住院时间延长,影响原发病的治愈,而且还增加了病人的医疗费用。调查分析结果表明,院内感染是威胁患者生命健康的一个不可忽视的因素,医院应当全方位、多角度加强对院内感染的管理与控制。准确计算院内感染率是开展医院感染管理工作的基础和前提条件,但手工方式计算较繁琐、易出错,并存在重复劳动现象。为此,我们初步研制开发了具有数据输入、修改及计算、汇总、查询和打印功能的医院院内感染管理系统。
1 Introduction The nosocomial infection rate is a statistical indicator that reflects the hospital’s inpatient ward health conditions, the level of medical device disinfection, the quality of nursing care operations, and the degree of standardization of hospital visits and ward visits. Hospitalized patients have nosocomial infections, which not only prolong the length of hospital stay and affect the cure of the original disease, but also increase the patient’s medical expenses. The investigation and analysis results show that nosocomial infection is a non-negligible factor that threatens the life and health of patients. Hospitals should strengthen the management and control of nosocomial infections from all angles and in many aspects. Accurately calculating the rate of nosocomial infection is the basis and precondition for hospital infection management. However, manual calculation is more complicated and error-prone, and there is a phenomenon of repeated labor. To this end, we have initially developed a hospital nosocomial infection management system with data input, modification and calculation, summary, query, and print capabilities.
