由湖南财经学院会计系等18个单位联合倡议发起组织的“湖南省中青年财务成本研究会”,于1990年11月27日至29日在株洲市召开成立大会暨第一次理论研讨会.参加会议的代表,有来自主管部门、企事业单位、高等院校和科研机构的中青年财会工作者和教学理论工作者,以及新闻出版单位的代表,共90余人.省财政厅王克英厅长、李长庚副厅长、湖南财经学院左彤舢副院长以及株洲市有关部门的领导出席了会议. 会上,代表们认真讨论并通过了研究会章程、会徽和有关文件,选举产生了湖南省中青年财务成本研究会第一届理事会理事68名,常务理事23名.
