财务管理是一项重要的经济管理工作,在行政事业单位处理各种财务关系、组织财务活动过程中发挥着重要的作用。近些年,随着我国政府采购的深入、部门预算的实行和国库集中支付的推行,行政事业单位的财务管理呈现出一些新特点。另外,由于财政资金是行政事业单位资金的主要来源,所以行政事业单位的财务管理工作在满足行政事业单位内部管理要求的同时,还应当满足社会和财政的要求。本文首先对产生我国行政事业单位财政管理问题的根源进行了详细的介绍和分析,其次对我国行政事业单位财务管理存在的问题一一进行了剖析,最后科学、合理的提出了一些加强我国行政事业单位财务管理的措施。
Financial management is an important economic management work, which plays an important role in handling various financial relationships and organizing financial activities in administrative units. In recent years, with the deepening of government procurement in our country, the implementation of departmental budgets and the implementation of central treasury payment, the financial management of administrative units shows some new features.
