珠三角区域大气污染联防联控立法已经初具规模,对防治珠三角区域大气污染发挥了重要作用,但仍存在协同性立法规制不足、市场机制立法缺位、公众参与规定缺位等问题,应在这三方面加以改进,进一步完善珠三角区域大气污染联防联控立法。
The legislation of the joint prevention and control of air pollution in the PRD region has begun to take shape and plays an important role in the prevention and control of air pollution in the Pearl River Delta Region. However, there are still problems such as the lack of synergetic legislative regulation, the lack of legislation in the market mechanism and the absence of public participation provisions. In these three areas to be improved to further improve the Pearl River Delta regional joint prevention and control of air pollution legislation.
