为了解鄂西北山区人肠道寄生虫感染情况,我站从1966年开始,在保康县土门村持续进行了23年调查,现将60～80年代各一个年度的调查结果总结如下(附表)。调查结果表明:土门村人群肠道寄生虫感染,1977年前十分严重,有虫率达100%;1977年以后经过反复查治加之农田施用化肥取代了传统的农家肥,有效地控制了新鲜人畜粪便下田,减少了感染机会,使该村人群肠道寄生虫感染率显著下降,有虫率由1966年的100%降至1989年的52.33%;其中钩虫的防治效果
In order to understand the human intestinal parasitic infections in the mountainous area of northwestern Hubei Province, we started the survey in 19 Tumen Village in Baokang County for 23 consecutive years.
