目的 研究低剂量辐射对高剂量辐射照后6个月小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用4次1.75GyX射线全身照射C57BL/6J小鼠诱发胸腺淋巴瘤模型,检测不同辐射剂量照后6个月小鼠脾脏NK细胞毒活性,IL—2和γ—IFN分泌活性。结果 每次1.75Gy照前6h或12h接受25mGy或75mGy照射小鼠,免疫功能均比单纯1.75Gy照射组增强,且接近假照射组小鼠。结论 提示低剂量辐射具有远后效应,使高剂量辐射照后6个月小鼠的免疫功能接正常水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose radiation on immune function in mice 6 months after high dose irradiation. Methods The thymic lymphoma model was induced by C57BL/6J mice irradiated with 1.75 Gy X-rays four times. The NK cytotoxicity, IL-2 and γ-IFN secretion activities of the spleen were measured 6 months after irradiation. RESULTS: After receiving irradiation with 25 mGy or 75 mGy 6 h or 12 h before each shot of 1.75 Gy, the immune function was enhanced compared with that of the 1.75 Gy irradiation alone, and it was close to the mice in the sham irradiation group. Conclusions suggest that low-dose radiation has a long-term effect, so that the immune function of mice 6 months after high-dose radiation exposure to normal levels.
